Major ISSUES in Jengka.

The most issues in Jengka is the problem of water supply. As all the residents in Jengka state that water problems are the most big problems for them. We need water for drinking, for cooking, for washing, for food, for industry, for energy, for transport, for rituals, for fun, for life. And it is not only we humans who need it; all life is dependent on water to survive. In Jengka, this problem is not happen in two or three times but it'll happen always. In a week, there must be one or two days, all residents in Jengka should face this problem. As we all know, water is the most important thing that we need in our daily. Without water,how would we survive? Most of the solutions to the crisis must be developed and implemented locally, and always with the view that water is not to be taken for granted, or unjustly appropriated by particular groups for particular needs. For us, we think that the necessary person should provide more water resources in Jengka so that we could prevent this problem from being happen again.

Next is the problem of street light and damage road. As all the residents in Jengka could see that almost all roads in Jengka having a damage roads. This problem can increase the accident in Jengka. As example, at road to U-Mart, there's a big hole there that may cause an accident or may broke the car that use that roads. Sometimes they just put a gravel on that hole and after two or three days, the gravel will be spread around the hole and make the road slippery. They should tell the necessary people to recover the roads so that would be safe to all residents there.

Besides that, there is also problem about lack of street light along the way to Jengka. This problem may cause an accident because some other time, they didnt notice any cow or else cross the road. When rainy day plus in a night, they may difficult to drive because lack of street light at the roads. Supposely, they should provides some light so that can make the residents there easier to drive at night and prevent accident cases in Jengka.

Last issue in Jengka is the rate of rental house for universities students. As we know, at other country the rent of one house just around RM400-RM600 only. if RM600 we can say that the house is fully provided the television, refrigator and many more. But in Jengka, they state that for student rate of rental house is >RM1000 but if family want to rent at there just around RM450-RM550 only. It's just not fair why that they make a higher price to the students. They might think that student doesnt have a financial problems maybe. Supposely, when they make a high price for the rent, it must be include with all bills which is electricity bill and water bill but unfortunately, they didn't including it so students should pay high cost for the rental house around RM120-RM150 for one students.
